<p>I purchased a lounge suite 23 January 2017 at Ok furniture De Aar. 18 April I went to the store and complained that the suite is starting to tear and I showed them pictures and then they asked if I had any dogs that are in house and I showed them that their in house showroom suite is doing the same. And no I don’t have any dogs or cats inside my house. I went back for feedback on the 1May 2017 and they said they are struggling to send the email to head office about this query. I feel that this is not the customer satisfaction that one should receive and want an explanation on this why it is taking so long. Even the sponge of the suite is not there anymore. </p> <p> </p>
