OK FURNITURE, customers seem not to be a priority

Last week my mother went to buy a fridge on account, it was wednesday and she signed everything. To this day, we have not received the fridge nor they called us. I called on Thursday to understand how far in the process they are and they said they will call us back and they never did. I went to ask what is going on at the branch and they told me that they do not have authority to call head offices. We have since waited. Josephine was the best sales lady there, now we can't even call head offices and we need to wait forever just to hear the progress of the application.
