OK FURNITURE COSMO CITY

OK FURNITURE COSMO CITY EXT 6 shopping center (the newly opened shop, opened on 27/02/2020) at exactly 17:35 I arrived to buy furniture and before I could enter the door was closed in front of my face. I asked to go in they said they’re closed, the shops operating hours are until 6pm during the week however they said they are closed. I then said but it’s not 6pm yet then the security at the door said there are too many people at the shop and they it’s almost 6- what shocked me the most is when she said by 6 she wants to knock off. Bare in mind that it’s the grand opening of this OK Furniture branch. Bad experience already!! Super disappointed!! Wouldn’t go back there again after such reception.
