Ok Furniture Boitumelo junction Regional manager and Branch manager told me to go to hell without trying to solve my case or hear me out

I bought a Defy side by side Fridge at Ok furniture Welkom Boitumelo junction around 2021 9 March. They told me to buy it because of its guarantee which was 5years by the time I bought it. Now my fridge doesn't freeze.I went to the branch to complain about it and they told me the supplier told them my fridge is out of Guarantee,of which it's not. What hurts me most is when the Branch manager and Regional manager tells me to go to hell if I don't have a proof of which I still have the documents they gave me. I didn't know it's their way of assisting their customers and am truly not happy at all with their service . Now their suppliers wants R600 for them to go check the fridge.
