Ok furniture Bloemfontein

I bought a Samsung 65” TV via contract in December 2023. I paid R9000 cash on it to lower my over all amount but still have debit orders so I can build my credit score. The TV malfunctioned after only a month and I took it back for repairs. It came back and after 2 days it started again. They wanted to repair it again and I refused and demanded a new TV. They told me it has been discontinued and that I they will cancel the contract and credit me the R9000 I paid on a new contract. Now, because of the run around and headaches I’ve received from this franchise, I do not want another contract from OK Furniture and would like to use my credit to buy the TV cash! Each time I call, no one knows how to help and no one knows where to transfer me! I am frustrated and am certain that I WILL NEVER GET A CONTRACT FROM OK FURNITURE AND WILL BE SURE TO DISCOURAGE ANYONE I CARE ABOUT FROM TAKING IT !! I would like the amount I paid back as the money belongs to me and the multinational TV they sold me is back at their stores or wherever they keep garbage.
