Ok Furniture Barberton

We app**** for an account at OK Furniture Barberton the first time about 4 months ago, this application took nearly a month to process as the sales person didnt seem to understand how the system works or how to upload a customers information. Received countless sms's each with different income / expenses listed. Eventually received our goods. Now 4 months later, 12 August, we go back to the same store, the same sales person has to help us, dont know if he is the only one there but lets go with it. Same story as the previous time. We were asked about the deposit and we said no, no deposit, understood. We gave him a copy of our tv licence that we use, as we are married but its in my name, also no problem. Now after also receiving countless sms's with our expenses more than our income, take note this is not the case, it was approved, but please come and pay the deposit first, and he didnt use the TV licence as provided to him. We tell him this is incorrect and he should fix it. Now just nothing no response, call the store, he is not there or he is busy, and no one else can help. Even tried applying online, no communication whatsoever.

Are people just not serious about making targets and sales anymore? We are so dissapointed by this, OK Furniture is supposed to be the best in town.
