Ok furniture baramall service sucks

Hello Peter. I have a problem with OK Furniture at Baramall I bought a 43 inch Hisense tv on the 10/04/2019. It was R3689.00 but i paid R9740.59 because i took it on credit They gave me a 3 yrs warranty now the tv is faulty took it back to them they said will get it after 21 days ive been waiting for them now its a month havent receive it when I go there to check it they told me that they cant fix it need to take a new tv but they dont have that model anymore must take another model and I must pay more money or they will credit me with R3689.00 of which i paid R9750.59 and its not my problem they dont have that model. They are so *********** they dont know how to work with customers they are after our money.
