OK Furniture, BAD SERVICE!!!

I am AGUSTED and would not recommend any of my family members or friends to purchase from OK Furniture. Last year in November I purchased a lounge suit at the Mitchell's Plain branch, due to no stock I only received it in the month of December the 19th. I reported one of the chair's being faulty on the 20th, I was told to use it meanwhile as the supplier was closed and would open in January round about the 15th. Till today the chair has not been collected, more faults are appearing on the chair I have sent emails, made calls to the store but no one seems to give a damn. The sales person who was assisting me only got back to me if I followed up, to top it up their manager is so ********* and unprofessional I asked her to call me numerous times but nothing. My mother was at the store last week and Saturday (09.04.2022), the manager Anisha if I can recall the name was off and she spoke to Paul the stock clerk or stock manager she was supposed to contact me today as she was off yesterday regarding the chair but nothing. I am ****ed as it, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
