OK furniture Bad Service

I bought Restonic rest zone 137cm base set and 2-pack Dream Fibre pillows on the 30th April 2024 at Birch acres Tembisa. And the documents were sent same day to Daveyton branch for delivery. Till date 11 May 2024 I haven't received my order. Delivery address is Daveyton. Daveyton branch they have been giving me excuses, at first they told me that they were waiting for the truck from springs with the stock, on the 09 May 2024 they told me that they are doing stock taking, on 10th May 2024 I spoke to Lerato(supervisor) and she told me that they will send the driver on Saturday 11 May 3024 to my surprise they did not send the driver. Same day 11 May 2024 I received a call from the store informing me that they won't be able to deliver the order because they have too many deliveries.
