Ok Furniture bad customer service

So dissapointed by Ok firniture(Southgate Mall), on the 1st of Dec 2020 i bought a two plate mini oven stove (Salton) and only used it for 2 weeks in Dec and the whole of January. On the 3rd of Feb 2021 i realised that the other plate was no longer working then on Saturday the 6th of Feb i returned the stove to the store for them to check it. I've been doing some follow up every week with no luck, they always telling me that they are waiting for the supplier's response however they didn't even bother to return the call. I went to the store today (01/03/2021) for follow up then i was told that the suppliers are unreachable and i dnt know how is that my problem,i am so furious cos i bought the stove but m now eating take aways. Spending too much money while i have the stove.
