OK FURNITURE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ****

I bought fridge on 25th November, I was promised that it will b delivered soon. Up to this date I haven't received any communication from them. I just called them I they said I can come with a soup and ID for a refund. I want my fridge not a refund
