OK Furniture and Defy are ******** consumers (Lusikisiki branch.).

I went to OK Furniture looking for a fridge, I saw what I was looking for. I went to the cashier to pay, they told me I must 730 to increase the guarantee of the fridge which is 1 year to 5yrs.By additional guests this 730 Defy will be able to come to my hse when the fridge is giving more problems. I ask why I must buy a guarantee and technician because it's their product, they have to repair when it's giving me issues.... They said it's their policy. Ok furniture and Defy are ******** people how can you buy a guarantee? I left shocked.
