OK FURNITURE - A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY

I purchased a lounge suite from OK Furniture West Street. It got delivered a week later, with damages under the plastic cover. I wanted to exchange but when I realised that the quality was so poor and the workmanship pathetic - I asked for a full refund. They eventully fetched the lounge suite but 2 months later, all documents submitted and I have still not received my refund. The sales person and store manager are avoiding me, so I have now reported it to the OKF complaints person. If not resolved, I will go to the Consumer Ombudsman. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will never purchase from them again and I advise nobody else to, either. OKF is part of the Shoprite group and I am astonished that such a household name is associating themselves with nonsense like this. Shows you can't trust anybody anymore.
