Ok Furniture

Goodday Greetings to you the reader my name is Johnny herewith I would like to get some information I had a Ok Furniture account due to unforseen circumstances I could not pay the account I went into arrears and in the year 2017 I went for debt review hence I figured that debt review was not for me and I cancelled the review. And I only had one credit agreement with Ok Furniture however now I have an account which I am not aware of.which has a new account number without me signing that agreement

But than I noticed when I received my monthly statements and noticed that my balance was R1064.00 and than in August 2019 I went to the branch inquired but the account because I have not received calls in over a year in the same month I paid R1064.00 on this accounts suddenly I received a call saying that I still owe R2000 on this account can you please assist with the attached statement I thank you for taking the time going through my email Regards Mr Heynse
