Ok furniture

I bought a bed from OK furniture on the 30th and I was told that I'd receive my bed within 2-3days but to my surprise I still having received my bed. Whenever I call the shop for a followup they either hang up when they realize that it's me or they pick up and mute their mic then put the phone on the side making me feel like an illiterate fool. I do not at all feel like a paying customer at OK
