OK furniture

I contacted OK furniture about a month ago about my Hisense top loader. It isn't washing or spinning correctly. Someone would have come two weeks ago to look at the problem. It's a week later and nobody has been at my house. I will never buy a Hisense product again let alone buy from OK furniture
