OK FURNITURE

<p>On the 29th Of march i went to OK furniture to open an account, i paid my deposit, only to be declined. when I phoned William who assisted me, he told me that the reason for my decline was beacause my agency said they dont know me and for that reason they took it as fruad, I phoned my agency and they said I should resumit they will wait for the call...i told William no this cant be and I asked him to resubmit it again, I went back to OK FURNITURE in MAMELODI on the 7th of June to resubmit only to be declined again so now my question is what does one with a clean record has to do to get an account with OK FURNITURE?????? really dissapointed with O****!!! the guys from HEAD office are so rude over the phone....now its a mission to get the money/ deposit back....</p>
