OK Furnishers - left out in the heat

The fridge that I bought on 2/1/2024 from OK Furniture, Pier 14, Gqeberha on stopped working on 1/5/2024. Being under warranty, I reported this in person to OK Furniture, Pier 14 on 2/5/2024. A day later, having not received any feedback, I reported the matter to OK Furnishers "Contactus", requesting a refund, receipt which was confirmed. A couple of minutes later, the OK representative from Pier 14 arrived, showing me a confirmation of their report to Hisense, their suppliers. Today, almost a week later I still have not received any further feedback, the fridge is still not working and nobody has attended to my complaint. Be careful when dealing with these people - their warranty is not worth the paper its written on.
