OK Furnisher, Bad, Bad, Bad

I complained about Ok Furnisher. They keep keep on asking me at which branch I bought the lounge suite. I keep on telling the I bought it online. I send my order number and invoice number. A consultant were suppose to call me, but nothing. I need my money back so that I can buy somewhere else. I am so dissappointed in them.
