Ok furnisher

I had a very bad experience with ok furniture rustenburg it is almost 2 months since I've logged a complain regarding my broken bed.i bought a bed worth 6000 past year nov 8 months later the bed broke I went to the store to report the matter I wa told to send an email wch I dd up to day no reply nothing i went to the store several times i was told the manager is not around until I decided to call them on Saturday I spoke wth the manage she was very rude on the phone and very unprofessional she even hanged the phone while I was still talking
