OK funirshers the worse company to buy frm

In December 2019 I purchased a gas Chest freezer, (Zero Brand) from OK furniture, considering December ups and downs I never used a freezer until January, as per normal I stock up the freezer unfortunately the freezer only get cold but not froze, second week all the food is rotting, make numerous phone call to OK, they told me to bring it back, after I personally called Zero. Dealing with this freezer is a nightmare, because you are talking to people who promised to call keep you up to date about what is happening. The freezer is new, why they did not exchange it bits me, I am not sure between OK furnisher an their supplier Zero, I don't know if they understand customer service. Disappointed on both brands.
