OK

Bought a tv with them last year a Hisence 32 inch and this year it just stopped working and i send it to the shop for repairs and after a month they sent it back saying its fixed, but the same day i switch on it did not at all so I sent back again so the called me saying they cannot fix it I must pay an amount of R800 and mind you I'm also paying monthly installment for the tv and it is still on guarantee so now they called saying I skipped a month not paying and in order for them to apply for credit or EDB must pay the outstanding and I did that but still today I do not have the tv with me which means I pay for nothing so OK does not treat their customers well pls help me if you can
