OK Bazaars useless

I bought a Hisence twin tub washing machine from OK Bazaars last year. I've had endless problems with the machine. Eventually someone came out to fix it, I didn't have it for long and the motor burnt out. OK Bazaars did send someone out to fix it, but they were unprepared. They had no proper tools and had to come back for the second time. They had no ***** drivers, or any other proper tools. The machine is still not working properly and we've been fighting with OK Bazaars ever since. It is leaking water and the spinning drum is very lose. They need to come and fetch their ******* and pay my money back.
