OK BAZAAR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NO RESPECT FOR THE CLIENT

PUBLIC OF SA ....N E V E R.... buy from OK FURNITURE!! They have so many lies and excuses, it is unbelievable. When you buy a FRIDGE or R6000 cash, they have BRILLIANT PROMISES AND SERVICE. Same day delivery!! You are promised the world on a golden platter!! BUT when that FRIDGE UNDER GUARANTEE ...goes faulty it takes a week plus, and disputes and result in a really bad taste in the mouth experience. The person who must attend is not at work..... YOU as as a senior citizen MUST PAY R450 FOR COLLECTING THEIR!! FAULTY FRIDGE IF YOU WANT YOUR REPLACEMENT FRIDGE DELIVERED.!! They have the one lie after the other. Typical story...we get a paycheque you bought cash...we walk away from the deal it is your problem to get the fridge to our store and collect and pay a person to deliver your fridge DISUSTING ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING CUSTOMER CARE. SHAME ON YOU OK FURNITURES
