OK Bad service

My mom bought a fridge last year October cash at OK Furniture Sasolburg, the bottom door fridge is not working, she went to report and even today her fridge is not fixed. I called OK and spoke to the manager that we are bringing the fridge tomorrow because nothing is happening and my mom was there on the 6 February and nothing is happening. The manager told me that they wont take the fridge back as it is not their problem they reported the faulty fridge to the supplier who has to come and fix the fridge so they did their part. My question is who did we buy the fridge at , the supplier or OK? She even refuses to give the supplier number to call and find out. please help.
