Of Furnishers / when things break...

Over the years I have bought many things from OK Furnishes Grahamstown. Some time ago a hifi I bought and still under warranty stopped working. About a month ago we took the hifi in, we were told the manager was out, and he would phone us.... That never happened.... A week later we tried to phone and was told he was at the store room.. Later in the same week I went to OK and was told he was waiting for the technician and Hifi would be repaired or replaced by "next week" So next week came and not a word. So we phoned again and was told the technician saw the hifi and a part was ordered... And we would be phoned this week that has just passed... This is now Saturday morning 5:10 am and not a single phone call as promised... A repair for 4 weeks now. I understand about Corona and delays... But if u promised u would phone then phone even if it's just a courtesy phone call... The day I paid u were super excited to take my money... But now when I need something... I get made promises for 4 weeks already.
