Ntombi from DelftCape town

I had a bad service with ok furniture at Delft mall in Cape town. I buy a bed with then cash May 2019 July 2019 i notes that the mattress is not in good condition and I report the matter to store and since then till today nothing happened i call them and go the ship still nothing not even phone call or sms to let me know what is happening. Last time I go to the shop the manager only give me attitude.
