Not working Hisense Fridges

I am writing the review on behalf of my Sister who had a very bad experience with OK Furniture in Rustenburg.

She bought a Hisense fridge, and got delivered on the 29th Feb 2024, and she opened the fridge after 3days of delivery and used it on the 4th of March and the following day(5th March) it wasn't working, on the 6th of March she went to the store and spoke to Eva Makgaila. She was told that they would send the technician but she refused because it was a new fridge that was less than 10 days old, and then they promised a new fridge, to cut a long story short, she received a new fridge and it's also not working. She followed the instructions of 6hrs to use it. She went to the store to ask for her money back, but no one was willing to respond to the money-back guarantee because she didn't get the value of her money, and the manager didn't wanna show up to deal with the matter. She wants nothing to do with OK Furniture in Rustenburg CDB, all she wants it's her money back.
