Not so Okay

I recently app**** for credit buy a fridge from the store. It was approved last week and there still hasn't been a delivered.<br> I'm disappointed at the service and stories that keep coming every time I inquire about the delivery. At first I was it will only be delivered once the contract has been signed. After signing I was told I will get it on Saturday. On Saturday I was told the people who were meant to fetch it in Randburg didn't pitch. Yesterday I receive a call to tell me that there is no stock of the fridge and they have to wait for the supplier to deliver. At some point I was offered the demo model on the floor and I said I will only agree if it's given at a discount.<br> there seems to be stories and lies at all times. I've done my part to ensure the the deal comes through but it seems I'm being taken for a ride. <br> <br> I'm wondering if this is how every customer is treated or it depends on demographics or whatever it is. I doubt this would have happened in a different area. <br> <br> Needless to say we still don't have the fridge.<br> <br> And I honestly don't understand what the hold up is. I'm unhappy and would not recommend the store to friends or family or anyone for that matter.
