Not so "OK" for service, once they have your money you are on your own

I bought a Defy Washing machine from OK Furniture Standerton on 03/12/2022, after using the machine only 4 times, we noticed that the machines washing programing not working as suppose as the machine will be stuck in rinse/ spin cycle for hours repeating the wash/rinse and spin cycle over and over reset the cycle time. Went back to store to complain where's a was told that their private contractor will send someone out to come and investigate to no avail not pitching up after I had to wait for them canceling my plans, not even a phone call. I need my money back. As this is unprofessional service, that the customer must follow up, And will never buy anything from mentioned company again as long as I live. As I saw how many complaints against OK Furniture there is I wish I had gone to another supplier and would have make sure its not one of their sister affiliations.
