Not picking a tv stand after promising to pick it

I went to go buy the Mercury tv stand from Ok Furniture Evaton mall on 3 July 2015. They didn't have the TV stand in the store, they promised to take it from a nearby store and deliver it. When the TV stand was delivered, I was not happy with it as it's clearly a display, it was dirty and had scratches. Missing some *****s. <br> Following day (4 July) I went to the shop to report the matter, I was promised a new stand in a couple of days. I decided to exchange the TV stand for a queen bed instead . All necessary paperwork was filled. I left with a promise the bed will be delivered latest the next day. <br> On Sunday (5 July 2015) I got a call from the salesperson that I need to pay transport for the bed to be delivered. I asked him why because I already paid for transport, it was their mess that they delivered a used tv stand. Since they were going to deliver the new TV stand free of charge, they can deliver the bed instead. <br> <br> He said it was not possible they wanted transport money to deliver the bed. I told him I will pick up the bed myself( which we picked up, later in the day ) and he was ok with that arrangement and promised to come pick up the used tv stand.<br> <br> Today is
