Not loyal to customers

Ok Furniture really give bad service when it comes to returning of items. I made payment in Nov already which their insurance people requested me to pay however I was promised that I will receive my new Mattress within 10 working days which have past already. I called the store and they are still waiting on the factory to get back however they can not give me a waiting period. So I can even get me new Mattress. Bad service and this is the second time its happening to me. I will recommend no one to buy from them
