Not good value

We bought a lounge suit at Ok furniture Southgate mall on the 18 December 2019 after 4months the seating was falling inn we consulted the sales person by the name of Brain that helped us they came to fetched it on the 21 July 2020 and return a new lounge suit on the 4 August 2020 coz both my husband an d i is working we only remove the wrapping on Saterday the 8 August 2020 to our surprise the lounge suit was in a bad space the wood was full off dust the 3seater seating of the one couch is falling inn the bottom part of it almost hanging on the floor the material at bottom of the couch look like it was just tucked inn an sew together on the side it s bulky u can see the stapels so my husband did took picture of the couch and call them to bring it under Brains attention but no one came to our aiid so on the 21 August my husband went to the Southgate branch to see Brain to show him the pictures and to lodged the complain but noting happend right up to know we stll waiting for someone to do something about it
