Not getting assited from OK Furnitures Lydenburg

I bought a Hisense washing machine from OK Furniture i Lydenburg (Mpumalanga) and I had it for a year then it started making this noise and it did not wash anymore it kept draining water. So my fiance went to the store to report the issue and they said they will log a call to Hisense to come and check what the problem is. No one came till today to come amd check my washing machine and it is not working for 7 months now. So I have to struggle to wash my clothing. They called me the one day adking did we report the washing machine and I said yes so they just told me again we will logg a call to Hisense.
