Not delivered fridge

On the 22 of November I bought a fridge from Ok furniture. To this day I'm still waiting for it. I went to the shop to get my money back, it's one story after the other. OK please give me back my money or deliver my fridge. How can a customer wait 2 week for just a fridge. I should have gone to other stores as it was cheaper
