NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER WITH OK FINITURE KG MALL

On 2019 around August/September I bought an LG SYSTEM at OK FINITURE KG MALL in Mpumalanga which costs me around R10 000 or R12 000 if am not mistaken. This year 2021 around February or March the system started to give me some problems, like just turning itself off while playing or just come up with some scratch noise. I did take the system back to OK Finiture KG Mall, fine there was no problem they took the system to fix it and it came back bt still was doing the same thing, I went there again to tell them that the system is still doing the same thing, they asked me to bring the system with speakers which I also did so. After that the told me that the problem is those speakers they gave me brand new speakers. I received brand new speakers after some few days I went there again n told them this system still do the same thing and were keep on saying their technician says there's no problem with the amplifier(system). Now the system is more worse n the guarantee just ended last month or August now they are telling me that they won't help now I should have brang the system 5 months before if is not fine while I've got almost 4 months complaining about same problem bt not getting help. Now the cz the qurantee just ended the tell me that I have to pay them to fix this system while I was busy complaining about this problem earlier this year. Please help family.
