NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

I bought a fridge on the 18th of January at OK Botshabelo. The sales lady told me that the fridge that i was buying it was the only one left and it was with R3999. I agreed on taking the fridge assuming that it's in a good condition. So, when the Fridge came it was not in a box when i went to collect it. The 1st few days the fridge has been making a very loud noise and i ended up aligning it in a better position.

2 weeks later i realise that the bottom part of the fridge the food us always frozen. then i decided to decrease the temperature. The 3rd week the bottom door of the fridge doesn't close properly. I started checking the doors of the fridge and i realised that the rubber of the doors the looked very old and i even took pictures of it. Went to the store on the 1st of February laid a complaint with the Manager and she assured me that their fridges are not Demo fridges and that they will look into the matter. Then they told me about the 7-day rule that i would have returned it within 7 days. So, i specifically told them that the salesperson didn't tell me about the 7- day policy.

I'm not happy at all. Because the value of what I paid for is not what I received.
