Nonsense Response

We bought a set of couches from OK Furniture at Mt. Frere in eastern Cape on Lay-Bye and we settled the Lay-Bye within 3 weeks. When we asked for our couches we were told that there is no stock except for the set on display. We called again a week later, we were told by a sales lady Nolufefe to go get the couches from Kokstad ourselves, if not, they are more than willing to give us our money back.
