No wahing! No machine!

Bought a washing machine a day or 2 before the first lockdown in SA 2020. The machine has not worked not even once. The technician which comes does not seem to be bothered!!! just looks at the thing and leaves! he's been here twice since we try the machine to see if anything has changed!!! just a ****ty experience of Butterworth OK Furniture and their technicians. No recommendations coming from me anytime soon!!!
