No stock as advertised

I am currently sitting at Ok furniture in Parow. I am here for the second time trying to purchase a fridge that is advertised in their catalouge. And according to their website either one of the fridges Defy DAC425 C330 or Defy DAC635 C455 is in stock. Yet I am sitting here no one can verify if they have stock or not and not being attended to. This is so poor service.
