NO SERVICE FOR OVER A MONTH FOR PAID GOODS

I bought a Tele***en home theatre last year july from OK Furniture Berea Centre. The product stopped working mid March 2016. We sent it into the shop because its still under warrenty on the 29th of March 2016. They took it in and confirmed that it doesnt work. Next thing, they are silent. If you dont call them , they wont call you. If you call them, they make up some lie and say they will call back AND DONT. Its been OVER A MONTH TODAY!!! What takes them SO LONG to give us a replacement???? PLEASE HELP!!!!
