no service

<p>I walked into the aliwal North branch of ok funiture to purchase a bus ticket as advertised outside the store. as i walk into the shop I didnt realize that all staff members were sitting at the entrance of the shop so i proceed to the counter at the back of the shop. i stood for five min waiting to see is there someone to assist . i was about to walk out when one of the sales consultants stood at a distance shouting what am i looking for. i confronted her and she just walked away. the lady who seemed to work at the back of the till came to the back an ask if i had a problem. i said yes and where can i report this store as you guys saw me walk in and didnt care. she told me that i can report it in store. but no management was available as i knew nothing would come from the complain as all of them was ignoring me. i had to go to edgars to book. its said to say that i will inform a lot of people as service level is so bad in that store that they should do business somewhere else</p>
