No resolution to my problem

Hi, I've been requesting assistance from RAIN regrading my data sim card that has not been working for about 3 weeks and still no solutions. I've been given reference numbers after reference number from different agents but with no solutions. I really loved your service from the beginning but now RAIN has left a sour taste.
