No regard to clients

On the 08th August 2015 we spent R20152.00 cash at this store.<br> Our goods was delivered while our place was still renovated.<br> Upon opening we found that the TV stand we got had missing parts.<br> When we returned to the store we were told that it would be fetched and a new one will be delivered 2 days later.<br> We called them upon the day they were to deliver but the stock clerk who thinks he did us a favour by selling the items to us had such a bad attitude and refused to help. and yet We paid cash for this items and not credit.<br> Now that fact that there is not stock any more its our fault which he (Stock clerk) supposed to tell us and not promise to deliver just to get rid of my mother when she was at the store.<br> I am disgraced with how customers are treated at this store...<br> Now they first have to investigate before we can get any assistance from the store by coming to our house and taking pictures of the items and going back to the manager to make a decision.<br> Then he turns and says I insulted him by using the word Damn. When i sad i don't want this damn stuff i want my money to buy it at a store that would treat me better than what they did.<br> They have no customer regard at all.
