No local technician, Disrespectful Customer Service

We bought a Defy washing machine at Ok Furniture Kathu on the 27th of October 2023.

We only used the washing machine 3 times and now the spinner is not working.

We stored the washing machine as we were stayed in a guesthouse were our laundry were done untill we moved to our own home that was still been built at that time. We stated moving in on the 31st of January 2024

As there is no local technician, we called customer services to speed up the process as we have a 3 year old, moving in a new home and washing needs to be done.

It leave me speechless how Charmaine Terblanche from customer service handled the situation by raising her voice and hanging up on the call as we expressing our frustration.

They got the sale(money) and now they are disrespectful and rude.

As it was said, we just need to wait until a technician can come to Kathu, but they did not wait for the payment when the transaction was done.

Charmaine, Ok Furniture Kathu, Defy..... The experience and service was disappointing.
