No Installation for my decoder

DsTV/Multichoice is running running a special for a DsTV decoder + installation at R599. Viewing this a once in a while deal I got myself the decoder at OK Store. <br> <br> I now have my decoder but no installation for it. OK referred me to DsTV walk in centre to book for an installation contractor. That was 7 days ago and I decided to call the Multichoice call centre, all to learn that I was supposed to find installer near me.<br> <br> My problems is that being new in this and had no prior experience, I expected to be guided by the store on how to get the complete product [decoder &amp
