No Help from OK

<p>I have an account with OK Futnitures which I have paid and its in advance. But when I app**** for finance with my bank I apparently owe OK R7000. I then called the credit bureau and they also confirmed the R7000 that I apparently owe and they said i must sort it out with OK . I called OK (ORC) multiple times but they refuse to help me claiming my account is ok its even paid in advance. When I request them to forward my statement to the bureau they refused . I honestly ran out of people who can help me with this matter within OK. I've been waiting for them to call me back since this morning but nothing </p>
