No feedback provided despite complaint logged

I bought a kitchen scheme unit and a wardrobe from OK Furniture in Bultfontein Road in November of 2015. In February of 2016 I went to the store and laid a complaint with Rulof van der walt about the wardrobe not closing as the latch was broken and the kitchen unit drawer that had difficulty opening. He checked my details on the system and promised to call me in a week, which never happened. I then went to the store again to follow and he explained that he was struggling to locate their repair man as we worked from different areas but assured me he still had my details and would be in touch soonest. 3 weeks have come and gone and I still haven't heard anything from the store. This is disappointing cause when I bought these items I paid CASH and they were very quick=k to process the sale then however now that I have problems they are dragging their feet. My expectation is fix what's broken as there is warranty on these things or REFUND me my money.
