I can't believe what bad service I receive from this branch. No one goes the extra mile to satisfy your needs. It's actually a disgrace to say the least. My television has been in for repairs for more than 4 months!!!! No one can give me a straight answer in what precisely is going on. I've been to the store numerous times and phoned them weekly but I still don't have my TV. I just can't believe it can take this long to fix or replace it!! The latest I got today after I had to phoned them again is that it will be repaired this week (I will believe it when I see it) . Will I be reimbursed for all my diesel and phone calls I had to make???
