No delivery since black Friday

I bought a 6 piece Denver wall unit and a cosmo TV stand on black Friday in Phumulani mall OK but 11 days later I'm still waiting for delivery and the sales person also doesn't know what's the delay. The worse part is that I bought the wall unit for my mother, who got so excited that I bought her a new wall unit, she then threw away her 20 year old wall unit out.. This has caused my family and I serious emotional stress as there's a big open space in my mother's dinning room and financial inconvenience because now I will have to cancel the purchase and start looking for another wall unit and stand from other stores, which I could had gotten cheaper on black Friday. This was the first and last time I will buy ever buy anything from OK. With the tough economic times in the retail/furniture industry, I expected the customer service to be the best
